Take a typical topless beach. many different boobs could be encountered. Size, shape, position of the breast, size of nipple, shape of nipple, color of nipple, degree of "hang" , many distinguishing features could be employed here to identify in future sightings. Then the breasts could be "tagged & released" then migration patterens of breasts could be monitored throughout the world, via the net of course (password protected).
